We had a fantastic night and although I had carefully planned it and with Sarah’s expert help in the planning, tried to think of everything, the professionalism of all of you was something to behold. Many of our guests have echoed our thoughts when we say, it was more like having a very fancy party in a very fancy house, than hosting a party in a restaurant with “staff” tending to us. You guys managed to work your socks off while managing to look totally relaxed. You are indeed a credit to the restaurant and management alike.
