“A quick note to say thank you for dinner the other night. Ellie and I enjoyed ourselves very much in the wonderful surroundings. We both had a "seizure" salad to start (on account of the high cholesterol), then Ellie had the lamb, and I had halibut. All of which was excellent, your staff are a credit to the establishment. They were efficient, and made us feel very comfortable. Naturally the best part was the dessert, the Drambuie Cream flan was a welcome discovery. Of course, we had one each, as did quite a few other tables I was delighted to observe! A most enjoyable evening altogether and we look forward to coming back.”

We had a fantastic night and although I had carefully planned it and with Sarah’s expert help in the planning, tried to think of everything, the professionalism of all of you was something to behold. Many of our guests have echoed our thoughts when we say, it was more like having a very fancy party in a very fancy house, than hosting a party in a restaurant with “staff” tending to us. You guys managed to work your socks off while managing to look totally relaxed. You are indeed a credit to the restaurant and management alike. The person picking the staffing definitely knows how to pick the right people for the job!”
